1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using CK Flows' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
CK Flows provides Salesforce Flow consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Salesforce Flow design and development
- Process automation consulting
- System integration and optimization
- Technical training and support
- RevOps best practices implementation
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Grant appropriate access to Salesforce orgs and related systems
- Participate in project planning and review sessions
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate data backups and security measures
4. Service Delivery and Timeline
Service delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope and client cooperation. Delays caused by client unavailability, scope changes, or external dependencies may extend project timelines. CK Flows will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:
- Client retains ownership of their data and existing systems
- CK Flows retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and tools
- Custom solutions developed for clients are owned by the client
- Both parties agree to respect each other's intellectual property rights
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes but is not limited to business processes, technical specifications, and customer data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CK Flows' liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. CK Flows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Warranty and Support
CK Flows warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Post-delivery support terms are specified in individual service agreements. We do not guarantee that our solutions will be error-free or meet all possible use cases.
10. Third-Party Dependencies
Our services may depend on third-party platforms, including Salesforce. CK Flows is not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these third parties that may affect service delivery or functionality.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
14. Modifications
CK Flows reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
